Sharing robotics experiences with teenagers

Members of the Robotics Lab at the Carlos III University in collaboration with the RoboCity2030 consortium from Madrid have carried out this this week a disseminating and motivating experience in the area of robotics with teenagers in school SEK El Castillo Villanueva de la Cañada.rnThis experience is framed in the collaboration of this consortium with HispaRob and Cero en Conducta platform and is related with the upcoming European Robotics Week and its activities in educational robotics.rnYoung people have enjoyed the explanations and demonstrations of Raul Pérula and Felix Rodriguez Cañadillas from the Robotics Lab-UC3M and members of the association ASROB-UC3M robotics. They then discussed the university training required to build robots professionally and robotic sumo competitions in events like CEABOT. The experience has been actively supported by Jorge Moreno ICT and robotics teacher at this school.rn
