Universidad Rey Juan Carlos

The robotics group of the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (University) (http://gsyc.escet.urjc.es/robotica) is currently made up of nine researchers, three of which are doctors. The group is focused on the research of indoor mobile robotics for personal assistance, entertainment and education. Currently, the group is coordinating a project for the CICYT (DITPA) in the field of robotics (DPI program), participates in the European network EURON and develops several projects with companies (INTA).

About Us

RoboCity2030 is the biggest robotic long term cluster in Europe working since 2006. The consortium is formed by the six leading R&D; centres of Madrid with more than 100 researchers in the field, half of them being PhDs. It is funded by the Community of Madrid and cofunded by Structural Funds of the European Union.
